This. More than likely, it's water retention. This happens to me all the time! I normally do 6 vigorous workouts a week and an hour walk on the 7th day. I'm always in motion and challenging my body. I hold more water than the Titanic. smh. Best of luck! :drinker:

*cue Most Interesting Man in the World theme song* I don't always drink my calories....but when I do....it's an epic fail. -_- I get weak in the knees when I see margaritas on the menu, but I've disciplined myself to one frozen calorie catastrophe every other week. I limit to one (or two) glasses of white wine a week. :)

Just to reiterate what a few posters before me have said: consume fluids! For me, it's water or unsweetened green tea. It allows me to feel full without taking in any extra calories. Hope this helps!

Two times a week--maximum. Official weigh in is Sunday. Midweek weigh in on Thursday if I decide to do one. (My weight fluctuates too much on a day to day basis for me to check everyday).
