I do Jazzercise and love it. I was told a minium of 400 calories. I used to do 3 days a week now it's more like 6 days a week. I love it. I do regular Jazzercise. The weight training at the end and stretching is awesome. I don't know what I would do without it !

I have the same problem! I hate it. I eat like a champ so healhty until I get home after dinner! I can lock myself in my bedroom LOL
