  • SW - 223 Week1 - 217 Week2 - 219 Gained a couple but I expected to, the initial drop was too much due to illness. So still on track for my 2 lbs per week
  • SW - 223 Week1 - 217 much more than I expected but I do generally drop quick at the start. Also was sick last week for a few days so that would have an impact. I won't keep up this rate, it's an exception, I'm aiming for 2 lbs loss a week so if I can make that happen I'll be happy. Keep up the good work all.
