Paula, I'm 225lbs, and when i do 45min on the elliptical, I typically burn a little over 800 calories, so it sounds a little high to me, but not terribly high.

So does anyone know what percentage it decreases our calories for each 10lb loss? Can you give examples and include your weight so we can figure it out?

I've lost 11lbs so far and it has not adjusted my daily calories yet, but I wonder if it's because I set my diet %'s to "custom" so I could adjust my protein/carbs/fat to ratios more to my liking- anyone know?
