I agree with the surgeon unfortunately. My doctor also told me the same thing. I guess it depends on your body. I've been working out for about 2 years, lost 22 pounds, went from a size 6/8 to a size 0/2, and although I can finally see my abs there is just so much loose skin hanging from both my pregnancies. Any time I do…

Yes. I purposely upped my calories by 200 because I could not handle 1200 calories a day. I ended up losing more by eating more. It does work. If you don't see results you could always manually change it to a lower calorie goal as long as you don't go below 1200.

I do 30 day Shred and it really does firm up your body. This is the first time I actually have muscle definition in my shoulders and arms and I can detect…

Hi there, I also use Turbo Jam when I work out. I usually just enter the cardio party as low impact aerobics. I think that actually underestimates calories burned slightly. As for cardio sculpt, I enter it as general aerobics since you are pretty much moving your whole body plus using weights. I assume it burns slightly…

I am in the same boat as you. I really only wanted to burn off 5 lbs and it's taken me 6 weeks to burn 4. I lost 0 pounds this week. I am almost always at or near my calorie goal and I work out 4x per week. I agree that the last few pounds are the hardest to take off. I have no good advice except to just keep trying.…
