  • I am 5'1'' and currently at 178. I am 43 y.o. Tried to lose weight and gave up many times, so I am starting again now. Previously I was able to lose 20 lbs max. Hope to be successful with this latest attempt. I am starting to feel effects of excess weight on my health now.
