I do not do "cheat days" -- they throw me. But I make sure I really LOVE a lot of what I am eating, every day. I can;t lose weight quickly or be too regimented or I rebel by eating everything that has a sugar in it.

I get this... I get up, pee, strip, and weigh, usually hopping on and off the scale 2 or 3 times just to be sure. Then I try to stay off the scale the rest of the day, but I often fail and hop on.
