Idk if you already know what your hr range/max is, but you can find it by: subtract your age from 220...that equals your max then multiply your max by 0.6 then mutiply your max by 0.8 Your hr should stay within that range...just stay under your max.

We all have bad days, but try to plan ahead to make the best choice possible wherever you go! Think positive and don't give into those cravings (or just have smaller portions)! It's a mind thing..
