I've been at this almost 19 months & haven't learned patience yet either. I've found it's like a pot of water... As soon as you look away, it boils. Find distractions. Obsess about something else for a few weeks, then go back to the scale to check your progress. Good luck!

Not silly! I've gone down a shoe size and my wedding rings are almost falling off. It feels good!

32 pounds in a little over 6 months. I lost 20 pounds in the first 2 months, and 12 pounds over the past 4 months. It took me 13 years to gain 32 pounds, and 6 months to burn it off. I now weigh less than my wedding day. Whoop, whoop!

The big secret to weight loss is... 1. Eat with purpose 2. Move everyday 3. Sleep 8+ hours daily It only works when you do all 3 and consistently. Bonus tips: I also stay below my sodium RDA% and log my calories BEFORE I eat them. Good luck!

I just finished Day 3 of Level 1. I started 5 days ago, with 2 days of rest between Day 1 & 2. I wasn't planning to weigh myself this morning, but am glad that I did! I've lost 2.5 pounds this week.
