My Doc told me when I was prego No more then 15-25 carbs at breakfast,30-40 Lunch ,Dinner 15-25 carbs something like that and I thought I was gonna starve to death but it worked and I only gained 2lbs during my whole pregnancy (kept sugar levels stable)and still had a healthy 8lb 6oz child.

Eat a balanced meal (Food pyramid) if you don't eat meat eat nuts and beans and you wont feel like crap.Personally I can't imagine not eating meat,but if you don't eat those soy substitutes or eat meat your gonna feel like crap and tired...This is what I do...I eat when I'm hungry what ever I feel like and get in a 60 min…

If you feel weak you probably are,but that's ok you go to get stronger.I didn't realize how weak I am in certain muscles groups til I started going to the gym and so I'm working on them to fix that.

You should only drink protein immediately after a workout if you want it to be effective
