The only way I hit 1000+ calories that is fairly easy is a hike for a couple of hours.I hike up to a waterfall and makes it so worth it ! I go on a nice hike part sun part shade lots of trees.So I'm just enjoying being out and burning calories not even thinking about it being a workout..... until I'm done get hungry then…

Well condiments must have: Real Butter,Best foods Mayo,Heinze Katchup,Olive oil Foods Must have:Speghetti squash,frozen pre cooked tiny shrimp,Frozen mixed berries(and not all together lol yuk )

Everyday I weigh myself but I don't log until it changes and stays that way for a week.

I always feel hungry the more I work out...I eat back every exercise calorie burned every time.So I lose weight so slow.kinda sucks

lowering body fat will look ripped and not bulky....Cardio with a mix of light weights,planking,blurpees,use your own body weight alot type workouts

When I got a personal trainer she had me do 12 reps- 20 reps 3 sets depending on what I was doing.I told her I didn't want to gain muscle but to tone what I already have...she told me if I could do 3 sets up 20 up the weight.I did alot of things like Blurpees ect..not sure if that helps

I think so :) lower weight more reps....well that would tone your arms.I think it depends on the workout your doing.I know swimming is good for lean muscles.My sister got bulky 15 inch biceps and started swimming to get longer lean muscles.

Food Pyramid?( Everything is a balance according to most schools think I learned that in 2nd grade) I there is no right answer.Just figure what works for you and that may not work for another..

With age gravity takes it effect...there is not much you can do about that.You can try and keep up with the weights and if you can do 20 reps 3x up the weight a notch.
