I believe so for a person at that high in weight...need to get the heart at healthy levels.cardio is a great start.They both have benefits but I believe more cardio will help you

Add more cardio...dont eat the same meal everyday the body likes variety...watch out for empty calories.(aka soft drinks)

I get that same thing but I'm a smoker...when I quit for a week it stops.It is circulation for sure not sure why ask a Dr. I think mine is caused from smoking though I start and quit so many times hard for me to tell...I also know I have a pinched nerve that bothers me at times especially in my neck

Everyone will define "healthy" in different ways. I eat eggs and toast for breakfast lunch & dinner meat,veggie,carb...banana,almonds,jerky for snacks. You can.Just don't work the same muscles everyday when it comes to weights....Sometimes if I get bored I also make a fun day basketball,swim,jump rope to change it up...(I know that is off topic some ,but just saying):happy:
