You can be the same weight and lower your body fat.Remember it takes 5 weeks to lose 1 lb of pure fat and 6weeks to gain 1 lb of muscle.Is there a reason to be a certain body fat %

Elliptical 15-20min then weights today I'm on legs for 20-25 min then a 15-20 min swim laps...and maybe go shoot some hoops tonight.

I think it takes time for skin to tighten up on it's own...Just keep working out it will tighten over time also try building muscle in problem areas to help it tighten faster.

I've weighed less in my past too,but I also have gained more muscle now (and am in the almost in the same boat)..Yes your doing everything right because you are actually burning fat and not losing lean muscle so you wont see a change for every 4 weeks you lose 1 lb..you would see a change in body fat % but not weight .

Try gaining muscle in your problem areas...it's not just weight that causes problem areas it's your body fat %.You can lose weight and not change your bodyfat because you loose lean muscle mass along with little to no fat.I would weight lift to tone up

It takes 5 weeks to build 1Lb of muscle is what my trainer taught me my weight changes lots by water,sodium,food...your body usually changes 5lbs up and down trough out the day.Just work hard keep doing what you do and you will get results.
