I try to log a week at a time, so I know what I need to prep and or prepare in advance...and grocery shop weekly. I would LOVE to have a feather that creates a shopping list from my posts...or even to at lease be able to see a week of meals at a time...so I can make a shopping list more easily.

I'm in week two now and the no carbs after noon is TOUGH!! I also see where I'm still getting carbs after noon with just the fruit........so it's a little confusing too How is everyone else doing?

Hi!! Just finishing up the book, and trying to incorporate some of the rules as I go....like the water. I find it's easier to just gulp it down at the sink....then its over..................It's a tough one for me.

Got my Vi Shape Saturday, officially starting tomorrow. I have my beginning weight, measurements and will be doing a before picture tonight or tomorrow morning.... So I'm doing the two shakes a da .. what meals are you replacing?....what are you having for your snacks? What are you having for dinner?
