Why would you think to weigh yourself at 1 am? That seems like an obsessive behavior. You must feel guilty over this "cheat" meal. You need to change your relationship with food and the scale.

At 19, I wouldn't worry too much about your fertility. You should see a gynecologist though since you haven't been to one yet. If you have PCOS, you can still lose weight. Just don't use it as an excuse like several people I know. "I have PCOS so losing weight is hard for me" *jams McDonald's down throat*

I guess my reason is "I don't want to." There's no gym rule that says you need to lift heavy weights. I can do whatever the heck I feel like doing and shouldn't be judged by some man that spends too much time observing women and not enough time minding his own business.

Although this is super old and I'm sure you've probably pooped a hundred times since November, the next time you get backed up try drinking Natural Calm. If that doesn't get you moving, nothing will. The raspberry lemon flavor is good.

I would rather be fat than have to eat frozen meals. I love the recipe builder! That and creating a food to enter my juice has been a lifesaver for me.

Canned tomatoes are processed, no matter what movie you watch. Tortillas are also processed. They don't grow out of the ground on tortilla stalks. Since you're all "plant strong" I am curious as to how you feel about coconut oil.

That is just a slap in the face to pizza. No pizza recipe should EVER call for butter and certainly not chemical spray. I would rather do 1000 burpees and eat a regular pizza than eat that chemical creation.

You need to be eating before 4 pm unless you're waking for the day at like 2 pm. Who cares if you're likely to binge. You're more likely to collapse from lack of food intake.
