Providing all health related illness is ruled out then here is a simple old wives recipe that we have used for generations. Just simply sprinkle one teaspoon of sugar to each banana eaten. Its worth the extra 20 or so calories to stop that cramp. Never eat them unripened.

I wondered about this also. Could it be based on rounding it up, ie, a month is four weeks and some months are slightly over this. Or is there a scientific basis I wonder also?
