So far so good. It's been hard not to have wine after a long day at work, especially since my husband is enjoying a cocktail. Proud I haven't caved even though it's been a stressful day at work.

I'm late to this but would like to join! Not sure I can lose 10 since I'm a few weeks behind but my goal is to lose by Memorial Day since that's the week I go on vacation with my family. I will get my measurements in the morning once I wake up and start weighing on Wed. Thanks!

I'm in as well. My goal will be to not drink during the work week and only have a few on the weekends. I have a lot of social things happening this month. I may then try to go completely dry in May.

Best of luck to you! Please research before you jump into a diet. Keto might be the one for you or it might not be. There are many, many people on this site who have lost weight doing basic calories in, calorie out and not cutting out whole food groups. I would say as you research, take it slow, start counting your…

Please be careful if you start lifting if you only had a baby 3 months ago, especially if you had a c-section. There are some things you might need to start a little slower with or with less weight. They usually say 6-8 weeks before you start a workout routine and even then just listen to your body. Things are going to…

So I've given birth to two children. The first was vaginal and the second was a c-section. I've lost over 20 pounds since March and I will say my stomach fat has decreased like the rest of me. However, it's taken a lot longer than it did the first time around with a vaginal. My stomach muscles weren't (and still aren't) as…

I really like Piyo and Insanity. Piyo is more strength and flexibility with a mixture of pilates. Insanity is definitely HIT with a lot of jumping, which can be tough on your knees. Both are awesome though! Also, to the question about Beachbody with Shakeology. I've NEVER done shakeology but I do like beachbody's workouts,…

Also congratulations on having a baby! Enjoy your time with your little one. Everything is not going to come off at once. It takes time for your body to recover but you can get back to where you were.

Hi there! I've had two children and currently getting weight off from the 2nd one. So there are some follow up questions. Are you breastfeeding? If so, 1200 calories is probably too low.

Hi there! A mother of 3! That's amazing! I have two daughters (3 and 10 months old). It's so hard to focus on yourself when your children are involved but you're doing the right thing! Start focusing on yourself and you will find you are a better mother because you feel better about yourself. As you know, that first 6…

This. She is right on. Depending on if you had a c-section or vaginal birth depends on when you should start high intensity excising again. Enjoy your sweet new baby and recover. Try to eat as healthy as you can and depending on if you are nursing or not be careful with a restrictive calorie count. I wasn't counting…
