I know some people think that 100 calorie snacks don't count, but they're my daily treat. I'm in love with Skinny Cow milk chocolate caramel clusters. 120 cals and oh so good!

I've found the best way to log it is to log it as "circuit training," since that's essentially what it is. I logged 20 minutes for Level 1, 25 for Level 2 and 30 for Level 3. It seems to be pretty accurate.

I'm 5'4" and about 180 pounds right now. When I was about 160-165 I could comfortably fit into a 10. I carry most of my weight in my hips and thighs though, so it depends on your body type. My goal right now is to get back down to 150-ish so I can fit into my size 9 and size 11 jeans again. I miss them lol.
