You need a new plan on how to keep the weight off at the new job. It could be one beer a night, run 3 extra miles a week, add an extra day of weight training, etc. You can beat yourself up or you can beat that fat. The choice is yours.

I get mine in b/c 1) single 2) no kids 3) live on the road so NO SOCIAL life...LOL However, many others do a morning workout, mid-day and afternoon. The weekends maybe the easier time for a 2 hr workout. Switch with another parent who needs to run errands, workout, etc for free babysitting 2-3 times a week.

I do started by walking, zumba and HIIT workout classes at the Y. Then I replaced the HIIT with weight training. Diet and consistence are KEY! Add me if you like

I'm in. I haven't tracked mileage just time. 4/1/14 - 0 mins 4/2/14 - 43 mins Well my bum still gets sore from spin class. However, I don't need the padded seat but I am continue to wear the padded cycling shorts LOL

Some running shoe stores like Fleet Feet, Runners World or local stores in your area. If you know a popular place where many runners go ask a few. They won't think it's weird and will gladly tell you. Grocery store and church bulletin boards may give you few races.

I agree. I enjoy some cardio like Zumba, Arc Trainer and walking but I have found that my body shape changes with lifting weights. I still do cardio b/c I have so much fat to lose...TOO MUCH JUNK in the trunk SMH

Do you have Dillard's dept store near you? I go their to get my Fantasie bras. Unfortunately not all of them carry Freya.
