Goals for May Workouts
What are you work out goals for May 2012? I will do (2) 5k races, complete stage 2 of NROL4W, begin stage 3 of NROL4W, complete my 10k training and lastly start a kickboxing class. Oh yeah I plan to burn 20000 calories in MAY!

Doing cardio after NROL4W
I am going to do Zumba immediately following NROL4W. Do I need to drink a protein drink during Zumba or can it wait until after Zumba?

Days 20 & 21
Well we all must be busy! So I combined 2 days. I walked 4 miles today in 58 mins and did 200 arm curls! I also did well w/ my water intake. Calorie intake was not the best but I didn't go over

Finding Working Out FUN & REWARDING!
I did something I never thought I would do - I REFUSED TO SKIP A WORKOUT SESSION! OMG...I have always found the slightest excuses to not workout. Over the past year I have made a commitment to workout and it is finally STICKING! LOL Such a milestone in my life right now!

Training for 5k/10k/Half Marathons/Full Marathons
I am training for my first 10k! I have a 2012 goal to do (2) 10 k races and (10) 5k races. Is anyone else training? What training plans are you using - online, books, training groups, etc?
