Doing cardio after NROL4W

I am going to do Zumba immediately following NROL4W. Do I need to drink a protein drink during Zumba or can it wait until after Zumba?

    This is going to be a "listen to your body" answer, for sure. Myself, I flame out during the lifting and couldn't imagine cardio after, with or without my protein drink. I usually just manage to wolf down my sustenance and get a shower before I'm a quaking mess.

    If you can stomach it without getting sick, I'd say try to get some of it down. Otherwise, wait until you're ready to rest.

    I'm with Jarrett. I'm so done after lifting I even have to move my HIIT to another day. Think it totally depends on you. May be able to do it back to back in early stages but I don't know about later when the workouts are longer and more intense.

    Thanks! I am still in stage 1, so I have the energy to do Zumba afterwards. I am also in a challenge wherein my goal is to burn 5000 calories a week ;-) So I am pushing myself a bit further each day.
