Decathlon sell new stuff or you could try gumtree. Argos have some cheap gym equipment. I got some cheap kettle bells of ebay.

Finally managing to run more than 3 minutes without stopping to catch my breath and managed to run for 12 minutes non stop doing a mile. Not much but im on cloud 9.

Obviously everyone wants to look better, but my main reason is to enjoy playing with my kids whilst their still young. I can finally play with them at the park without stopping to catch my breath with sweat dripping off me.
