Roughly 625? It can be moderately high or low but between 5-800calories I'd say. This being vigorous exercise of course(the very harsh is about 1000 over 50min).

3 days. That is the amount of time it would take to get sick...

I've found calorie counting and exercise to be a constant. Although I tried a diet similar to Atkins the ketogenic diet which focuses on fat and protein I couldn't make it stick. Not enough Carb for me. I can barely go days without a pasta dish. I've got about 34lbs of 15kgs starting from 28 left to go myself but it always…

I'd have to go with having several eggs an entire dry mix greens shake pancake mix thing made in butter and a lot of bacon. There were more things but I can't remember. Always a litre of ice-cream with an entire chocolate cake... That counts too.

That is damned impressive.

It depends on the convenience store but often the health food sections have been expanding. It depends. As an Australian living in a city it is fairly easy to get what you need even if it takes a bus or a longer walk. Just knowing what you want to to get. Though many whine that it is harder than it actually is. Though that…

Cup size went up and band size went down. Went from Au14E to Au12F.

Walk everywhere when possible and don't carry too much extra weight (like tons of grocery shopping) at the same time if you can avoid it. Walking isn't too hard and easy to fit an hour into a day some way or another. Always able to sit down or slow down if you tire.

Definitely. Protein is easy to find, nuts as an example. I though have lost by eating whatever I want but portioning it. I If you like bars fine, but that is an exercise choice not weight loss or often health choice. From the sounds of it you don't need to lose any weight but I can follow how you might want to be a few…

'I need to drop a few pounds' type rather than my lose 28 kilos. Going well but not there yet. Appearance vs health. Sometimes vanity, sometimes other things. Still... It is rare that a 62kg (as an example) person would need to lose weight.

I must admit I've gotten paranoid after consuming a lot at picnics/parties or just more than I usually do. I've logged it and eaten bugger all the week following from paranoia. That is much worse than a couple of splurges health wise I think.

I can't really tell. I've gotten carded a lot less since weight loss. Halfway there, 14kg done, 14 to go. I probably look older than I am (19, 20 in October) sometimes... But since the weight has come off my face I seem to be giving off a little bit of both. A chubbier face seems to make people think I'm closer to a minor…

Depends on he woman and if the guy is more leering. Most guys from my experience give innocent waves, smiles or a word or two. Nothing to be embarrassed over. Just compliments rather than judging anyone.

Just broadening variety. Anything goes.

A kilo per week can depend on metabolism often, which may take time to speed up. Most would suggest against 1200 calories and a kilo a week can be hard to maintain. But all doable. Yes you will lose weight, it may take up to a month to do so in moderately steady fashion. Weight loss is do to with energy going in and energy…

Always been a big fan of carbohydrates. carbohydrate is any any of a large group of organic compounds occurring in foods and living tissues and including sugars, starch, and cellulose. They contain hydrogen and oxygen in the same ratio as water (2:1) and typically can be broken down to release energy in the animal body.…

Well while my weight doesn't affect my health at this point the low fitness level makes my epilepsy easier to provoke. I happen to be losing weight for appearance but also because of the fitness taken to do so healthily.

Well I always accept my, My Fitness Pal friend requests...So the question isn't super fair...

Despite weight I've always had large calves. Including when I was 57 kilos 13-15. That might be why I was a great sprinter... Not as much as I'm heavier. Working on it. Halfway there.

Combining kfc chicken with butter?

Personally my Goal weight is 60 kilograms because it allows fluctuation for my height (5ft 7). You should choose what you feel comfortable rather than what someone else thinks. Others can be kind or judging, it depends on the person. I've learned over the years that parents usually mean well but are rarely right and change…

Well it does come from the 19th Century (between 1830 and 1850). It is shocking that it is still used today. However the Constitution was supposed to be revised after a century and is still unchanged. Times...

No I have to have a calorie limit because I'm not a great cardio person myself. If I could eat as much candy as I want I would. But I can't. Personally I'm a kfc, butter sandwiches person... Hot Chocolate cake with ice-cream, though that is probably very common. Plain old fruit loops. Baklava is probably the biggest guilty…

5ft 6inches. I've got pics of me on my profile but with my drawing you'd have to have a lucky guess on my height.

While the contents aren't that bad the quantity was nuts high calorie. 500 grams pasta plus a flour heavy cheese pasta sauce, together about 3500 calories. I couldn't eat that much if I wanted to now.
-
I've lost 13-15kg (fluctuating right now). I noticed my weight thing wasn't showing.
-
Nothing wrong with that I'll be trying to lose 13-15kg more by late July. I should manage that so leaving it to September? Easy.

That definitely makes me think of sweet dreams (are made of this) -> nine inch nails and Marilyn Manson... Sweet dreams are made of these Who am I to disagree? Travel the world and the seven seas Everybody's looking for something Some of them want to use you Some of them want to get used by you Some of them want to abuse…

I don't find that odd at all. Sure someone might be attractive or not but needing a relationship and emotional attachment is normal, should be necessary in my opinion. Well I've always needed to be emotionally attached.
