Meat no meat. I don't care if it tastes good, won't make me sick and isn't horse.

Yes. It's a long arduous process and as much is maintaining weight as losing it. I've been up and down 20kg every few years. Seasonal maybe? Idk. But I'm watching it.

Plan - Don't eat fast food, stay under 1000-1500 calories a day and proper exercise at least 3 times a week. Weight loss goal 12kg/26lb. Total weight to final weight 22kg/48lb.

You look great but I got to admit I'm a little intimidated. All these awesome men and women.

Accept and then I'd send a message saying Hi.

Morning, naked just before a shower.

My bf just got kettle bells with a skull shape. 2 20kg and 2 10kg. You can guess which one I use (Only one at a time).

He drank my coke-zero without asking. Don't do that.

Nope. The snacks shall not survive December.

23, female, Adelaide. Weight? Too much but it's in kilograms not pounds.

As three months is just under 13 weeks 15lb or 6 kilograms can easily be lost in that time. My calorie limit is a kilogram a week so a pound shouldn't be out of question. However that relies on your habits.

Totally also I have a lot of dry food stores pasta, rice and oats cans and curry.stir-fry or pasta bottles. Machette too and so like know that before turning me down.

It is not hard to get enough sodium in your diet. Hell, a lot of people do extended water fasts with no salt and are actually healthier in the long run.

Consistantancy is the hard part. Other than that yeah just eat less than what you burn off. That simple.

Currently, my best is a 7:20-second kilometre and I at best jog about 4 mins at once.

1st October 2017 - 88kg (194lb) Minimum goal 1st November - 84kg (185lb) Ideal goal Halloween 2017 - 80kg (176lb) Ultimate goal - 57-60kg (125-132lb) though check back when closer to weight goal. That might seem extreme for a month but not impossible trust me. I gain/lose pretty easily. I lost 20kg on MFP before I just…

Powerful/strong woman.

Just use recipe and put the ingredients there. If you can't find specific brand you can go generic.

I've never once met a mean guy in the gym. I must admit though I have had the odd mental drool at some of the guys.

1500 and below is good for most people. It allows if calories are incorrect.

Damn I'm totally in! I wanna loose as much as I can without putting my body in danger. I started at 90kg, lost 20, gained it back and am losing again towards my ultimate goal of about 60 kilograms. Not relevant but I found out that if you have enough calories protein is in pretty much everything. Rice, wheat foods, all…

It is just burnout and if you have too much stress that happens. I know I lost 20kg (about 50lb over a year and a half) and then gained it back in half the time. Watch the intake and if you go over (or under) calorie limits don't stress, just try to not repeat those days.

Good luck.

Yes I wear coke zero when I'm heavier than I want to be and when I'm a bit healthier I wear water and nice jumpers. I wear jeans in both incidences then. Death stare to judgement for drinking coke zero/pepsi max though. Don't soda shame me :(

You just track your exercise/calories in my fitness pal and share your results. Whether you lose a kilo or 10 we're all here to support each-other and ourselves.

It is May now. I just fluctuated this month so I went up and down between 86-90 kilograms. I'm 22, female and 5 ft 7 (or 170cm). How did everyone go?
-
I'm up for that one.

Jeez I have 12Fs and not too long ago finding that size was near impossible or very expensive (I have a $120 bra that is starting to bend). Now they're sold at Kmart. You have to be in the 16-20 bust for the pretty big bras though. Still not a lot of nice bras for those who are busty by genetics though.

Well the thing is that the rich only get a 2% tax over there is usa while over here companies get a flat 30% (Australia). It all used to be half for the really rich companies. While even for the rich half seems a bit overboard that's who should be taxed more. Australia or USA the quality of roads in the ability, to give…
