  • I take the Core Omega 3. Its a liquid kinda jely type that tastes like Orangesicles. Not to bad. My 8 year old daughter even takes one pack a day and she hates fish. She loves it. WE keep them in the refrigerator so they are cold.

  • I normally have a protein shake after I work out in the morning while I am getting ready for work. Then since its normally 530-6am when I aahve that, I end up having my normal breakfasr (oatmeal or cereal with Silk Light) a couple hours after that.

  • I normally have 1/2c Quaker plain oatmeal, with 1/2 scoop of my Cookies and Cream Whey Protein and some cinnamon. Its really good and holds me over till lunch but kinda getting tired of it. Need new ideas, I like to mix my protein in something in the mornings though.
  • Don't drink it straight! Sooo acidic and it will tear your throat up. I tried it once and had to dilute it with warm water and a tad bit if honey! Im interested in if it works for water retention. Let us know how it goes! : )

  • I use mine all the time! Absolutely love it! I want to get one for work also to use. Besides cooking meat in it, I make wraps or sandwhiches and then put it in the GF.....kinda like a pannini! MAkes the sandwhiches so yummy!

  • I have always had luck with American Eagle. Granted, I am 5'9 size 4 there but they have short, reg and long lengths. Even before I lost weight I always wore there jeans....Something about there jeans I love and have always have had good luck there, plus there prices realyl are not that bad. Give them a try!
