I was curious the same thing. I do full body Mond/Wed/Thurs! Struggling with gaining muscle in some spots though (Upper back Lats and Abs) I know the abs is eating style so I am working on that. I add 1 pack of Stevia and a fruit to a 1/2 cup yogurt. SOemtimes I add to packs. It tastes really good, even better if I let it sit in the refrigerator all day before I eat it. : ) Cinnamon is really good also with Stevia!

I read on a nutrition sign at Subway that if you get the flatbread instead of the regular bread, to add 10 calories to that. The Flatbread is so good! :)
