A new creation I discovered that filled me WAY up!

Pride of the Farm - Taco Seasoned Turkey - I found this at Walmart - it is turkey that is already seasoned with taco seasoning and it's incredibly tasty! I had my doubts, but, wow! (145 calories for 2 oz - about all you need for the wrap)

Flat Out - Flatbread Light Original Whole Wheat (90 calories, 9 gm fiber) - found at walmart also

Tomato (add as much as you like) (I added 1 slice, about 4 calories)

Avocado - about 1/4 is all you really need (approx 75 calories)

Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt - takes the place of sour cream! ( tsp - 15 calories)

I warmed the flat bread quickly on my griddle, added the taco turkey, sliced on tomato and avocado and then topped with the greek yogurt and rolled it up. It was SO good and SO filling!

Total calories for one is approximately 330 and 12 grams of FIBER! Hello happy tummy! :)
