  • New to this... I weighed 257, lost 88 pounds and kept it off for two years, then gained 50 of it back..... So depressed with myself. Going to start again, it's so hard to get motivated when you are depressed.
  • I understand exactly how you feel. I want the weight gone, like yesterday. But what has been working for me is that I take one day at a time. If I have a bad day, I don't dwell on it, I just make sure I do better the next day. Hang in there, the weight will come off.
