So glad you've recovered and are on your way back, I used to be in pretty good shape myself until a rock climbing accident put me down for a while. Put it off for way too long and now it's time to get back in shape.

you're already doing it. being on here is a great step towards your goals, be diligent with your food tracking and make sure you start moving. There are a lot of great posts on here daily about exercise and nutrition so log in daily and make some friends on here, the people here are awesome and very supportive. have fun…

I think it's best not to confront her yourself. Bring it up to HR and they can take it from there. It's not worth it to put yourself in a position where you might be reprimanded for speaking with her if you are not her supervisor.
