i find peanut butter on apple slices are a delicious snack, i try to spread it thin on there so im not useing alot and i get the taste in every bite , and if i want some chocolate i usually grab a quaker oats gronala bar , around 100 colories each and tasty.

Eat some thing small like a gronola bar ( something with some protien i've read will make you feel fuller ) or something later in the morning , that should curve the afternoon , and have a small snack between lunch and dinner , that ussually helps me to not indulge to much at those meals
