Everything in moderation. If I truly want something like chips (they are my weakness) I budget for them in my daily calorie allowance. You are right though it is so easy to fall back into bad habits! I use heads of romaine and I add 1 cup of broccoli slaw to it. Very filling. I also like rasberry vinaigrette almonds sunflower seeds and multi color tortila strips

I track everything except spices. For me to stay on track it is important to log it and review it daily.

On Wii Fit Plus you can set up your own workout routines that will run consecutively so that you are not always stopping. At the end it will give you total calories burned and your time on the board.

A t 11 lbs I don't see it but I am able to fit into jeans that were way too tight that I had stopped wearing them because I couldn't do them up a month ago. Keep at it you will see it oh and take photos.

No candy or chocolate. We are goingout this weekend so I am being good all week. He knows not to bring home sweets but I did get him a piece of French silk pie for tonight of which I will not be tasting. I am going to have a WW ice cream bar instead.

Never with food! I am doing this in mini goals of 5 lb increments so for every 5 lb goal I treat myself to manicure or pedicure. At 20 lbs I will buy a new outfit or new shoes. When I do hit my final goal weight I am going for a spa pampering day! I have always wanted to do that just didn't feel comfortable about my body.

I do mine just after I eat each meal. There are times I do it as I'm preparing meals so I can watch calorie and portion sizes if it something that I don't normally have.

My Wii is only 2 lbs off from doctor office scale so I am good with what it is recording for my weight. Oh I don't like how the mi character plumps either!
