I use mine alot but they are not coming out like a smoothie they are more liquid like a drink which I have not figured out why. I have not tried any recipes in the book yet.

Portion control and measuring foods Cut back from 2 servings of almost anything down to 1 like 2 teaspoons of sugar to 1 Log food every day and do not miss a day ever!! Try to exercise 30 minutes a day with 1 day off a week

I have not missed a single day of logging in since Jan 17,2012 and log everything but spices. Only had to quick add once and just so happens it was today. I also select the higher calorie option on foods when I am not sure of something.

Loose fitting lighweight sweat pants or shorts and loose top or one with built in sports bra would work. Just be open minded about yoga and you will enjoy it. Don't worry if you are not ablw to complete a pose like your neighbor. Yoga is NOT A COMPETITION:-)

When I first started I lost 7 lbs quickly (water) but it has slowed alot and now 1/2 lb to 1 lb but I don't restrict myself too bad on food. If I truly want something I eat it but in moderation. As odd as this sounds I used to get an upset stomach eating eggs then my doctor suggested just a sprinkle of table salt and voila no more issues with eggs. Not sure why this works for me but I can enjoy eggs again.

This journey is about YOU! I never allow myself to get upset when no one notices. I am doing this for me not anyone else in my life. Yeah sounds a tad selfish but it has been this mindset that helped me get to a 20# loss.

I have the Biggest Loser bootcamp dvd and log it as total circuit workout. I took my weight and time doing the dvd and used an online calculator for the calories burned. I also underestimate it as well since my method is not 100% accurate(usually deduct 10% of what it says).

To not sress eat because my wedding is next weekend and I have not been eating well this week. Turning to food is a very bad thing for me.

I am just starting to notice it especially in my clothes. Pants are getting loose and shirts are fitting the way they should. I am taking photos to see it as well. Co workers are starting to comment which is nice too!
