My calorie goal is 1350. I have Chronic Fatgiue Syndrome so can't exercise. This should be pulling off half a pound a week as long as I don't eat too much in the evening!

I was 126 pounds. 4 children -36 years later -and now menopause and I am 150 pounds. Trying to turn back time as I felt so much better at the lower weight! Can't expect to reach 126 so going for a compromise- 137pounds- let's hope!
