I just re installed this on my phone. Since breaking my wrist in January I had to stop with the gym, I had just started weight training and have a PT which includes an eating schedule. So now I need to get back into the health mood. Oh and your do great on here. Lots of good ideas from super people.

You can add me too if you like, even though I live in the Netherlands. I never see anyone from here on this! I want to loose a few kilo's and get fitter. I am trying to go to the gym at least 3 times a week and do a Beachbody 21 Day Fix program. Oh and I cycle about 10 km a day to work and back.
