And also if it helps my instructor is VERY VERY intense...She is def more high intensity then anything I have done at home or anywhere else. Everyone says she is "advanced" LOL

My instructor wears a HRM when she teaches..so I usually go by that. There is also a website called http://www.zumbacalories.com/ ..it goes by weight and intensity. My girl said it can be hard to tell with HRT because it doesnt take your movment into consideration. hope this helps! :)

When I get to 100 lbs lost I am getting the word "believe" tattoo'd on my left wrist..because..you gotta believe in yourself to lose 100 lbs on your own! :)
