well Im waiting to finish alpha before moving on th beta...Im going into week 2 and im so in love with this program...anyone can spare 25 mins...and you feel so go after...but outside of t25 i also do piyo on my rest days and I walk/run 3-4 miles 5days a week...weight in for me is monday...ill keep yall posted...hows…

I'm restarting T25 today...I started it before I got to week 4 day 3 loss almost 30lbs but didnt finish it...this time I am going to finish it...I would love to do T25 this time around with others that and working out to T25 as well...I see everyone here so far are a week ahead of me...feel free to add me...all smiles

Week 2 Day 3 for me... I use Thursday as my STATurday cause I work back to back on Thursday 16 hours...but I feel so bad on Thursdays...like I'm being lazy or something lol... I cant wait til my double day on Fri...So I can ggggget it...all smiles
