Yes you definitely can! I lost a significant amount of weight while on medications for mood. When I came off my medications I thought I would lose weight more easily but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Someone I am close with lost a ton of weight on lexapro, may just take a little extra work. Don't forget mental health…

Drop him! You never know what could happen in the future medically (unfortunately). What a jerk!

There are so many food additives in the US that are banned in Europe.. not to say that accounts for 17 lbs but its true and scary as well...

Good question! I wondered the same thing. I am trying to keep a large calorie deficit so I actually lose weight... lol

Count me in for next month! Just got a fit bit! :)

Hi! I am back to My Fitness Pal after literally JUST cancelling my weight watchers membership five minutes ago :) I actually PREFER MFP to weight watchers because I know what I did wasn't healthy- I would binge eat after my weigh in and go crazy the day after because "I had a week to lose the weight". I am sick of the same…

I think that's a great concept.... because you might not THINK you ate so much but then when you see multiple pictures it makes more sense why you're not losing weight.. lol. I'm going to look into the app. Do you use both apps?

Lucy, I can relate. I am back at a weight I never wanted to be back at again (after losing over 50 lbs). If you want we can support each other :) I'll send you a friend request.

Definitely lifting weights helps! I used to do just under an hour of cardio 3-4 times a week and the scale didn't budge. Once I added in some weight training, the weight started coming off. I know it can be expensive but see if you can book an appointment with a personal trainer who can teach you the basics of lifting…

Best of luck to you! I am also doing low carb. I started saturday, had a couple little slip ups yesterday (was at a bridal shower) and am back on today. It's really the only thing that helps me to truly lose weight. My endocrinologist recommended it to me as well. What are you doing for breakfasts? I cannot eat eggs so…

I just added you as a friend! I think of 10 lbs at a time as well, to get to the 9's (219, 209) is so exciting! think of it that way! I also think you can notice on someone after they hit a 10 lb loss! Good luck, we can support each other!

Yes! So true.

This is neither underwire nor cross back but if you haven't tried an Enell sports bra, they are amazing! SO durable and I don't bounce one bit! They are pricey but definitely worth it!

I've done research on this. Adding the extra calories won't help for weight loss BUT replacing other types of oil you may use (olive, etc.) with coconut oil can have great health effects. I've heard there's no science behind oil pulling.

I can't have dairy and I just read that Chia seeds have three times the calcium of milk! So I will be adding them into my diet as well and will stop with the (delicious) gummy calcium chews! LOL
