Thanks for all the advice. :) I'm just going to try to get back into my running groove and see how it goes. As of right now I'm not giving up.

I usually freeze a bottle of water to take with me. As it melts I pour it over my head. I probably look ridiculous doing it, but it helps a little.

I use Paper Shower body wipes after my lunchtime runs. They're bigger than regular baby wipes. Been using them for about a month....along with deodorant and body spray. I usually just put my hair up in a bun afterwards.
