What a great idea -- I'd totally love to do that, but I don't think my work would allow the ball as my chair :ohwell: I guess I should do some leg lifts or something while I sit here then, huh :happy:

Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred is awesome!! I'm doing it currently now too. I started it about 4 weeks ago, was out of town for a week, and I'm starting it again tonight. I've seen great results. Yes, you'll be sore after your workouts, but that is one of the main things that keeps me motivated. I like to feel the burn!…
