I mix a tsp each of flaxseeds - both uncrushed - with raw oatmeal for my breakfast, stir in enough milk to moisten it & heat in the m/wave for about 1 min. I cannot remember the nutrition stuff for each of them but agree about the gelatinous nature of the chia; the flaxseeds help with roughage for me

hi, thanks for this info - but as I couldnt find a tab to "change the goals" I ended up googling what the MFP standard goals are & manually changing them to those.
