My matainance goal is probably 1800-2000, right now my goal is 1600.

I did a good job yesterday! Just for today: 1. Stay with in calorie limit 2. Walk 10k steps (I'm having trouble with this because it's raining). 3. Pack/clean house for one hour.

2 lb a week isreally hard to do. You're more likely to cheat or give up. You'll be better served with a realistic goal like 1lb aweek.

Eating high fiber foods (fruits and vegetables) can clean out that matter. If you seperate the pulp you're throwing awway the useful fiber. A fruits and veggies fast makes more sense in this case.
