Hi! I've just joined the group :smile: I've completed one week of induction so far. Started on May 27th at 161 lbs. Current weight is 155 lbs. A loss of 6 lbs total. which is great. My goal weight by the 13th of June is 150 lbs. But I wouldn't mind if it's less :laugh:

I just started the induction yesterday, and have read the whole atkins to do it the right way. It does mention to have 15 net carbs come from veggies and the rest from maybe the atkins products or whatever low carb product you're consuming (like the quest bars). I've been stuck in the 160's for a LONG while, so I'm hoping…

I know this was like 2 years ago, but any update on how this went? I'm in the Chicago area and also looking for some more information regarding joining a team or not. Did you enjoy the experience? was or is it worth it??

LOL I'm guilty of being a 'grammar police', but I can't help it! Only with people I am comfortable with, though. Unless it's just a simple word that NO ONE should be allowed to get it wrong! Teenagers, for example, have no respect for it; So I don't bother correcting them (sometimes) LOL

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Well said, Reducing sugar and grain is the 'last' to add to do, in order to burn down/slim that belly fat. Continue weight lifting but try it in circuits (obviously you won't be able to lift as heavy) Keep it up for 2weeks straight, that's how long it will take for you to see results.

LOL Same as pretty much everyone here, seems like lol. Same user name as well. I only use it to track my workout progress. Love that it shows your stats and progress in weightlifting! That's the only thing I log though LOL Helps me stay on track, I'm not that organized with out it lol

haha same here! same height except I am 160 lb! I've been told to stop loosing weight, that I look to thin, then once I tell them my ACTUAL weight, there mouths literally drop LOL It just makes me laugh! I know I'm mostly muscle, so I just remind myself this (picture)

You should snack on almonds, drink some protein shake or eat a bar. Have fruit, that's calorie dense like bananas, a few apples a day, grapes, berries. all that yummy stuff lol

I would wait for the 10lbs loss. Since it will be a slower weight loss from this end, & mostly to help you 'learn' how to eat from here on out (too avoid gaining weight again) Not to mention you might get frustrated for not seeing a change LOL That's IMHO though (:

The only way (for me) to get rid of one addiction is by replacing it with another.. sooooo, I have many! I eventually always go back to them. Now it's currently working out and eating healthy clean. Greek yogurt and some strawberries! or any other berry :D You can add some 0-call sugar( I prefer Truvia) to the greek yogurt, makes it sweeter! yumm

Ditto! Best advice, keep protein and carbs (mostly fiber) as priority, and keep sugar and fat on the lower amount (20%-30%). Also, log in your measurements DON'T just go by the scale. Good Luck. and STAY FOCUS!
