  • I'm 5'8' (34 years old) and my first goal is around 155. Once I get there I will have to reevaluate and see how I look/feel. I've never been that "small" before so I can't really predict how I will wear my weight :)
  • I wear a regular (wireless) one and then wear an exercise tank top that has a built in sports bra over top of it. I feel your pain!
  • Congratulations, that's an amazing achievement!
  • I'm in! I was just coming here to post a similar challenge, except my goal is 22 by Christmas. I can adjust it for Thanksgiving though, maybe 16 pounds by then. I'm not sure about how to do it, but I'm definitely in on the challenge :) On a side note, 20 pounds is an awful lot to lose in just 2 months for someone as small…
  • I discovered this same thing after I got my Body Bugg. I burn, on average, 3000 calories per day.I'm glad you were able to figure it out!
  • I'm finishing up the C25K and after a 30 minute run my average is 12:45 minutes per mile. I'm a very inexperienced runner, having never ran a day in my life before the program. :) If I were to run just a mile it would probably be faster, but probably still no better than 12 minutes per mile. The program has drastically…
  • I just finished WEEK9 DAY1!! I'm so excited to be so close to finishing this. I started as someone who had NEVER ran a day in her life, and today I'm looking forward to my 30 minute run! I'm still very much a plus size woman, so if I can do it, anyone can. i know that some people may see me running and laugh at the sight,…
  • Yes! I suggest reading up on Square Foot Gardening to get the most out of your space. We have a very small garden and successfully grew lettuce, herbs, spinach, celery, carrots, pumpkins, squash, onions, potatoes, strawberries, raspberries, tomatoes, sweet peppers, beans, peas, zucchini......attempted a few other things…
  • My suggestion is to throw stuff in the crockpot in the morning so you don't have to deal with it when you get home. Or make a double batch of soup on the weekends to freeze for the week. Oh, and plan out your whole week so you have something thawed and ready to go when you get home. :) I make a vegetable/quinoa soup that…
  • Is it just natural peanut butter? If so, I make sure to stir it up completely the first time I use it, and then just a quick stir before each use. Having it in the fridge makes it harder to do obviously but doing it well the first time should make it easier...in my experience any way.
  • I would also suggest later in the evening if possible. Have you been at this gym awhile, maybe this is typical? My gym is relatively small but has at least 5 locations in our city, so it is less packed since there are more location options. I don't think I've ever been there with more than 5 other people :) It's Anytime…
