And then there's (heard from several of my relatives on one branch of the family way too often): "I'm not racist, but..." and then they say something racist.

"right in the feels" has become overused. I thought it was kinda cute for about 3 months about 5 years ago.

"I didn't come here to lose." -- in every. single. competition. it seems like at least one person interviewed has to say it And no correlation as to whether they actually win.

I found an old high school female friend on facebook. We had never been more than pals. She must have had some mental illness issues that cropped up since. Now she lives halfway across the country (me Michigan her Boston area) and it was your basic normal catching up for like 4 months. I think I said something flirtatious…

The biggest plus for me was finding out about the Time Out Mac app. I fight resenting it when it goes off mid-typing but I'm getting better at taking that break.
-
I'll have to make a couple of 10-minute walks count today; there's just no place for 15-20 minute break today (tomorrow, yes, not today).

The Mac app is really doing its job. I had to keep postponing one of the hourly 10-minute breaks yesterday (sometimes you're in the midst of "brain surgery" on a computer program and can't really stop til you've got it working again), but other than that, I was doing great! Managed to get 10,000 steps in yesterday, muchly…

Between Time Out to remind me to walk every hour and a countdown timer on my watch to keep me getting back in 10 minutes (for now, trying to balance work productivity with the walking regularly; I'm hoping I can keep up 10 minutes and stay later; if not I can certainly get 5 minutes/hour in most hours), I figured out how…

We took the opportunity to go out dancing on Saturday night for the first time in a long time (and I think not the last).

Aside: I sure with "Move Your App" had an Android version; it looks sweet for those non-work times. I'm trying to figure out Randomly Remind Me now... will look around for examples. I'll use that at home for watching TV and the like.

I've used Time Out! on the Mac, and now that I've got it set right for me it's working great! (one hint: have the reminders go off like 5 seconds before the actual break; I had them set to flash screen/play sound/play message right at the break, and have found that 5 seconds gives me time to finish typing that last…

I'm going to get back to using a one-hour timer at work and walk at least 5 minutes if possible.

Claudia Christian when she was a lot younger (comment: it's so hard to tell from just one thumbnail).

She's posted enough comments to be legit, so friend.

One thing that helps me is smaller bowls... we bought 4 little ice cream bowls that only fit about one scoop but look vaguely elegant. I figure the cereal bowl I used to use holds 3-4 scoops, so even if I go back for "seconds" (I try not to, but...), I'm still ahead. That's one that's been studied, that even if people eat…

I would've had to put dish soap in the water; I'd probably get desperate and eat/drink watery peanut butter or whatever I was trying to get rid of otherwise.

She wanted me to get all identical tattoos to hers.

I too picked up the Surge in the limited-release email so I've had it for nearly a month now. I really like it. A slight downside for me, the sizing for their L and their XL bands has a very narrow crossover point, and I'm right in the middle of it. I took a risk on the L limited-release and it's ok though I wish I could…
