  • It used to be (about 3 years ago) a simple weight, age and sex. Now it gives you an alloted number of points based on longer list of questions that also asks about how active you are in your job and workout level. The food points are based on calories, fat and fiber. It did eaual out to about 1 point for every 50 calories.

  • Good for you! I am in the DC area with 20 inches on the ground. I tried to run but after 7 minutes (I had my timer going) I came home. I couldn't handle the ice and snow. I didn't want ot fall and break an arm! I came home and ran circles in my middle floor. As I passed the windows I wished for clear roads!:happy:
