  • The one thing I don't like about this site is that even though you "earn" extra calories by exercising, mfp encourages you to eat them up. I don't know what you're doing for exercise, but I would try to leave 150 - 200 calories in reserve at the end of the day and see what happens. obviously you don't want to go too low or…
  • If i'm occupied, I don't, but if I'm just staring at the tv, then I always, always want to nosh. I'm trying very hard to pay attention to when I get this desire, and then get up and move away from the living room altogether. I find that if I give in just a little, I'll give in a whole lot.
