Hello fellow mommies! I have a 3 month old baby girl, after having my daughter I'm at my highest weight ever. Its time to get serious :) I would love some friends to help with this journey!

My goals for the next 90 days: *lose 30 lbs *do some sort of exercise at least 5 times a week *get back to doing yoga *hustle upstairs (we live in the basement so its 2 flights upstairs) *get my water intake up *be a example to my daughter
