I guess my friends are just as lazy as I am :( it does hurt every time I notice that automatic debit in my acct. but I guess not enough. Weird thing is my boyfriend is a gym freak! he HAS to go at least 4 times a week but even he can't motivate me..........

Have you tried eating less but more often??? I have a friend (female) who is a professional boxer who told me the trick to losing weight is eating as soon as you wake up and every 3 hours there after. Only thing is cut the rice, breads, pasta etc.....and drink LOTS of water!! Hope this helps :)

Hi!! I have been using this for about 3 weeks now and I LOVE it!! :) Now if i could only motivate myself to go to the gym my life would be complete <3
