Oatmeal with a scoop of chocolate protein powder and 1 tbsp of peanut butter all stirred together. It's so good! Also, a cup of coffee :)

Fellow geek checking in. One thing I try to do when I'm pulling a gaming marathon is set a timer to do some pushups/situps etc every 30 min-1 hour. It helps a lot and also keeps you from being planted in one spot for too long! Feel free to add me, anyone!

Hi there. I've done this many times, but I always try to use real food as much as possible. As far as what you should look for on the label it would depend on your goals/personal preference. There are a lot of "designer" whey protein brands out there that taste great, but add some extra carbs etc that may or may not fit…
