I disagree with all of these. The biggest perv is the one who makes the least amount of noise. He sits back in his foxhole, taking notes, watching everyone, patiently waiting to move in on his prey and when you're not watching....BAM!!!!!! LOL.

Annette, that looks great. I love grilled salmon.

Hey, thanks ladies. This information is great. I appreciate the feedback. I think I'm going to use my friend's DVD at work, it's a Bob Harper DVD called Yoga Warriors. I'll give it a shot sometime tomorrow evening.

Thanks Awtume9. Quick question. Difference between gentle and hot yoga? Does hot yoga mean that they actually have you doing yoga in a toasty environment?

I agree with Jr1985. My first job out of college, due in large part to a crappy economy and I couldn't find anything, was as a bill collector on trailer park loans (no, I'm not making this up). I got called all kinds of names, threatened, some guy said he was going to stand outside in the parking lot at my job with a…

I never answer a call that's not in my list of contacts. If it's the same old 800 number that continues to call, I'll add them to my contacts and label it "scam" or "telemarketer" or something and then I'll instruct my phone to send it straight to voice mail so it won't ring.

Congrats!

That's a lotta "poke" .......as Chris Rock would call it! lol

Sure, not a problem. I wouldn't beat myself up over it. We've all over-indulged in some fashion throughout our lives. I know that I'm certainly in no position to cast stones A setback isn't a death sentence, it just means you have to put the train back on the rails and keep on moving. I would ignore all of the negative…

That's about 3 days worth of food if you divide 5877 by 3. You would come up with 1,959 and it basically means you ate 2 more days amount of food than you should have which amounts to about 4000 calories. I would not try to make up the overage in just a few days because it won't be very healthy. Try to taper off in about 2…

I think it's possible and there's nothing wrong with having those thoughts because she could very well be feeling the same way.

My two cents here: I'm not married but here a few observations of mine. I think that many married women (and possibly men) are on this site for a variety of reasons. The main reason is to find some support in the effort to lose weight, improve health, etc. However, I get the feeling that many women are often not…

Or perhaps they are looking at it as friendly competition, kind of like a biggest loser contest. You support the friend on on the one hand but you want to beat him/her on the other.

It does seem odd that your pressure has increased in direct correlation to your weight loss. I hope it works out and congrats on your weight loss. Great job!

Feel free to add me. I did my first 5k about 6 years ago and have done about 35 or 40 since. I also have a marathon and half marathon on my resume. Good luck to you.

Megan, perhaps it's family history. I do all the right things too but still take medication. I know how frustrating it can be.

If you are doing lots of cardio (i.e. long distance running), you may need to increase your sodium intake for that reason to avoid cramping. Otherwise, your levels are fine. If you need to gain weight, adjust your calorie intake.

Excellent work!

That's awesome. Congrats on getting it done!

I get told by many it's R&B singer Tyrese... a few tell me that it's Damon Wayans.

That's excellent work. Very impressive. You look great.

I love this response. Well said.

I didn't really start "seeing" results until I actually started feeling results. I was so focused on getting healthier, looking good was of a secondary concern to me. Once I was able to run, do the elliptical, walk up the stairs to the 3rd floor of my condo, etc without feeling exhausted and out of breath, I began to…

Congrats, well done! You're going to get better.
